Role & responsibilities

• Stock Monitoring for a few brands (1 to 2 brands) for brand monitoring , co-ordinate with BD and units for CSD production and scheduling
• Give Offer letters, rate letters to all transporters across the country
• Conduct Administrative activities w.r.t agreement w.r.t CFA, Sales Tax Retainers, transporters etc.
• Provide Remuneration letters (yearly) to all the depots
• Ensure and Perform System updating of all address, godown changes.
• Assist as a Travel Admin assistant for the department / field staff
