Executive Indirect Sourcing - Only For Mould & Tools, Sheet Metal part

Role & responsibilities

• Supplier Control- RFQ to Dispatch mass production.
• To get on time mould & tool as per request.
• Fallow up internally and externally to achieve overall requirements & Target.
• Weekly review the status of mould & tool with supplier & report to functional manager with Gantt chart with recent Photographs.
• Weekly review of mould and tool status with customers.
• Cost Negotiation & ordering of mould & tool to supplier.
• Take quotation from supplier and negotiation within given timeline.
• Procurement of moulds & tool on time as per delivery schedule.
• Discussion with internal function & negotiation to get approval for dispatch
• Supplier evaluation & development as per our requirements Quality, Cost & Delivery.

• Knowledge about mold manufacturing, design & Trails.
• Knowledge about Steel material for mold making & Plastic material for trials.
• Supplier selection process for mold & Press tool.
• Quotation & negotiation skill with required timeline.
• Basic knowledge requires about press tool.
• Tool room knowledge.
• Suppliers development skills.
• Standard part like MISUMI, Cuper, MS, Alloy steel

• Good Communication & Presentation skills
• Should demonstrate good analytical skills
• Must be proficient in MS Office (Word / Excel / PowerPoint)
• Should be able to work independently with fewer inputs from seniors
