Job Description
:
- Lead Generation : 1) Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to identify potential clients. 2) Utilize various sales techniques, including cold calling, email outreach, and networking to generate leads. 3) Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
- Sales Prospecting : 1) Research and qualify potential clients to determine their suitability for our programs. 2) Understand clients needs and objectives to tailor your sales approach. 3) Schedule meetings and presentations with prospective clients.
- Sales Presentations : 1) Deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase the benefits of our open calendar programs. 2) Address client concerns and objections effectively. 3) Negotiate program fees and terms to close deals.
- Client Relationship Management : 1) Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process and beyond. 2) Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction. 3) Gather feedback from clients to improve our sales processes and program offerings.
- Sales Reporting : 1) Track and report on sales activities and results. 2) Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
- Experience in the executive education or corporate training industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Results-oriented and driven to achieve sales targets.
- Knowledge of sales methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
