- Monitoring of Open Orders in sync with 'Green Plan'
- Co-ordination with PPC and Other Departments for Fixing up Service issues, Trims Delivery, Quality Issues etc.
- Resolve Various Customer Issues and Supplier Issues
- Support to Purchase Lead for Trims development and approvals from marketing.
- PO Accuracy Check-Rates, Specs, RPO history
- Vendor Evaluation on monthly basis
- Rejection Analysis/Report on monthly basis and action on the rejections & CAPA from suppliers
- OTIF report
- Review ,Evaluate Specifications of Products while purchase.
- Handle Rejection & Claims with Suppliers
- Able to handle Trims / Knowledge of Trims, SAP MM Module
