Executive - Student Support

Job Location : Knowledge Park 2, Greater Noida ( Greater Noida Campus )

Summary of Position:

This role is responsible for promoting student success through accurate and responsive advisement in service-related or sales areas, providing support and advocacy as needed for students throughout the student lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring equal access for all students is a collaborative effort between Learner Support, students, and faculty. Understanding your rights and responsibilities is essential to the process of accommodation.
• Meet students who are struggling academically or who have other issues related to their course.
• Working at a postsecondary institution communicate information to students and work with them to solve problems related to the coordinator's department
• Should be working on defined timeline and ensuring a timely solutions to the concerns and queries of the learners.
• Oversee the timely collection of student fees, ensuring accurate and prompt payments. Assist students with understanding fee structures, payment deadlines, and available payment methods.
• Assist students with the post-admission process, including document submission, fee payment, and course registration.
• Regularly follow up with students regarding outstanding fee payments, and collaborate with the finance department to ensure records are up-to-date.
• Collaborate with faculty, staff, and other departments to ensure smooth academic operations for students.

Desired work experience:

• Minimum 1 years of experience in Student Support function, Student Service and Operations, preferably in a reputed Institute/ College/ University or EdTech company.
