Role & responsibilities

• Receiving indents from concern departments and cross check all the specifications and sizes etc.
• Sourcing & Procurement of Dairy machineries, civil materials, lab machineries, Engineering etc.
• Floating Enquiries to register vendors and making techno-commercial comparison, negotiations with suppliers, all purchase related Correspondence.
• Region wise vendor development nearest to the plant for Inventory control to reduce logistics cost.
• Preparing the purchase orders in SAP.
• Follow up the suppliers after releasing the purchase order for on time delivery.
• Passing of Commercial Invoices & advising to Accounts Department for payments.
• Maintaining purchase files and records.
• Preparing MIS report for monthly review and audit requirement.
• Resolving all kinds of queries from auditors.
• Collecting ABG & PBG (Advance Bank Guarantee & Prime Bank Guarantee)and handed over to finance department as per Payment terms.
• Resolving all queries and material issues from over all the plants.
