Role Summary:

• Process Payments timely and accurately for multiple locations
• Work in partnership with multiple teams to get appropriate approvals
• Maintain accurate records for all invoices processed (AP Tracking)
• Cross train on Employee Reimbursement Process
• Support of Month end Procedures
• Audit Support for various audits like, Internal, IFC & Stat Audits etc.
• Outward Payments – Dollar Payments
• Cash & Bank - BRS
• Amex card & other vendor reconciliations
• Reconciliation of vendor balances
