- Ability to follow instructions
- Processing the charges & Payments as per SLA
- Team should be met the standard quality of above 98 % and quantity of 95 %
- Check the clearing house acceptance report on daily
- Charges Reconciliation
- Report to team leaders about files flow
- Daily Routine:
- Planning the day & Prioritizing the tasks
- Active participation in Daily Huddles
- Handling tickets
- Patient Demographic Entry
- Verification for Hospital/SNF charges
- Processing the charges & claim submission
- Quat error correct & resubmission
- Posting the Payments
- Need to take action for EDI Rejections/Denials
- AR Activity (Follow-up, Attention Required, No Resp , etc ,. )
- Updating KPI
- Need to send EOD status to Team leader
