• Checking all security guards and posts
• Check correctness of security guards deployed : numbers
• Briefing / training feedback from guards.
• MLC intimation to Police Station, internal intimation and handing / taking over of items from MLC patient.
• Controlling the complete key deposit / issue system.
• Maintain the record of lost and found items including its receiving.
• Responsible of dead body in mortuary and its handing over to attendant.
• In case of any death in hospital supervising body shifting to mortuary.
• Controlling the visitors movement in all floors at least every hour.
• Supervise checking of all returnable / non returnable material as per gate passes.
• Supervise checking of all supply material.
• Supervise contractual staff frisking.
• Supervise checking of linen.
• Controlling any untoward incidents at Artemis / any associated facility.
• VIP arrangements at the movement.
• Supervise checking of garbage movements.
• Render all Daily reports.
• He should clearly understand that TOTAL LOSS PREVENTION” is the main aim and objective of the security department.
• Any emergency situations, accidents, break in attempt, theft, or any other physical crimes should be immediately handled to prevent further damage is communicated to Security Head & Medical Services.Role & responsibilities
