Primary Responsibilities 1Gate Security: Manage effective gate control as per manual for securing the Plant property and employees 2Manpower Management: Ensure the Security Service provider is providing the Security staff to the Plant as required without any shortage 3Others: •    Liaisoning with local and Government officials, Police and Fire & Rescue services through regular meetings •    Create agreements, Purchase Orders and bills and ensure timely processing of the same •    Prepare and submit reports in a timely manner •    Handling manning and CCTV operations along with emergency preparedness •    Apprentice management •    Transportation management Qualification •    A bachelors degree is mandatory   Previous Experience •    1 to 3 years in a Manufacturing setup, Hospitality Industry Should have handled a similar role of a Security Officer overseeing the security of the establishment •    Should have worked in a process adhering organization
