Role & responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

Dispensing of Raw & Packing material against Authorized BMR/BPR.

Issuance of Raw, Packing material in ERP system.

Filling BMR document relevant to dispensing.

Daily planning of Raw & Packing material dispensing as per production.

Maintaining the inventory of Raw & Packing Material.

Updating the daily, weekly & monthly basis area log books as per SOP.

Retest Report as well as Exp. Report share to management timely.

Dispensing R&D Batches as well as QC working Standard Materials.

Updating material Location and location chart.

Re-conciliation of packing material.

Area Fumigation done as per schedules.

Physical stock verification of Raw & Packing materials.

Approved Raw material transfer from Quarantine area to Approved storage area.

Raw & Packing Material destruction as per SOP.

Follow-up to Quality control for material release.

Raw & Packing material dispatched to other location (vendor).

Prepare and Review stores SOP.

Receipt, Storage and Dispatch of Finished products as per SOP.

Observes Operation And Cleaning Of Equipments of Stores.

Operation, Cleaning & Verification of Balance Activity as per SOP.

Receipt of Raw Packing & Misc. Material and Quarantine label affixed to material.

Responsible to maintain all store related entries in ERP System.

Responsible for Monitored the Environmental condition of Storage area through Digital Thermo-Hygrometer, Magnehelic gauge & EMS system.

Responsible to Review Day wise Printed EMS data.

Preferred candidate profile Candidates preferred from reputed pharma background.
