Brand Manager - FMCG (2-3 yrs)

Executive Hiring is looking for a Brand Manager for an FMCG, based at Kolkata.

Post Grad / MBA in Marketing from the Top 4 IIM's, XLRI, FMS, MDI etc. with at least 2-3 years of work exp. in Brand Marketing in an FMCG dealing with Personal Care/ Beauty/ Hygiene category, are mandatory.

KRA's

1. Prepare brand strategy (consumer, context, competition, collaborator, community, company)

2. Develop Brand communication & copy strategy along with investments Set metrics for equity measures

4. Develop / Assess brand architecture and positioning

5. Develop Brand extensions and pricing strategies

6. Liaise with agencies and share brief as per communication strategy, review and approve best route for communication, monitor pre-production stage and communication effectiveness postlaunch

7.Understand scope for new products/variants.

8. Provide brief to MR/Agencies on research requirements and research design.

9. Prepare media briefs (objective, route, target, cost etc.) and share with media partners, monitor the execution and evaluate the outcomes vs objective of media initiative

10. Conceptualize trade promotion schemes and identify and negotiate with vendor.
