Executive Assistant

Job Role Description

- Schedules appointments and meetings.

- Coordinates and establishes all travel arrangements.

- Reconciles travel and expense reports.

- Answers, screens, and places phone calls.

- Sorts and prioritizes mail.

- Monitors all information flow, including maintaining paper and electronic files.

- Completes analysis of monthly budget activity.

- Prepares presentations, reports, statistical charts and briefings.

- Selects and integrates new office technologies and systems as appropriate.

- May assist in preparing annual budgets.

- Maintains confidentiality of all sensitive or proprietary information.
