Executive Assistant

Roles and Responsibilities

• Accountable for calendar management of Head.
• Accountable for overall administrative support at GBS including but not limited to managing team events, employee initiatives, office upkeep and maintenance, monthly governance data, vendor management, expense, and travel management for Head, GBS, spend and invoice processing in line with budget.
• Manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior executives.
• Handle complex scheduling requests, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely completion of projects.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute meeting materials.
• Provide administrative support to the team by handling correspondence, emails, phone calls, and other administrative tasks.
• Ensures information flow and communication for all activities and issues are executed appropriately.

• Maintain accurate records of executive activities using SAP systems.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10-11 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role in a corporate setting.
  
• MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (Any specialization).
  
• Proficiency in Calender Management software such as MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) & Google Calendar; SAP.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with senior executives at all levels.
