You will develop and implement strategic sales plans, conduct market research, and collaborate with internal teams to align product offerings with client needs.

Responsibilities:
Product Mastery: Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of Springworks offerings, ensuring you can discuss product features, advantages, and competitive differentiators. Collaborate with product teams based on client feedback to improve and customize solutions.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain robust relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and challenges to provide tailored solutions. Ensure high-quality ongoing support and strategic insights to enhance client retention.
Strategic Presentations: Design and deliver targeted presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value of Springworks solutions to diverse stakeholders, ensuring alignment with their specific business requirements.
Expert Negotiation: Direct negotiations, addressing client concerns and achieving consensus on pricing and terms that foster long-term partnerships.
Sales Strategy Implementation: Implement and refine dynamic sales strategies like MEDDPIC, SANDLER, etc to meet revenue goals, incorporating industry trends and best practices for continuous improvement.
1st Month - Foundation
Product Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of Springworks.in products and services.
Market Research: Research HR tech landscape, competitors, and target industries.
Prospecting: Build a list of potential leads.
Training: Attend product sessions, & shadow AEs.
Tools Familiarization: CRM, Prospecting, Deal Flow, Forecasting, Pipeline Management, etc.
