- Bookkeeping: Record and maintain financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments, using accounting software or manual systems

- Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements, ensuring accuracy between recorded transactions and bank balances
- Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports, such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, summarizing financial positions and performance
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans, providing insights and analysis to support decision-making
- Taxation and Compliance: Assist in tax preparation, ensure compliance with tax regulations, and provide necessary documentation during audits
- Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis, review variances, identify trends, and provide recommendations to improve financial performance
- Documentation and Filing: Maintain organized financial records, ensuring proper documentation and filing of financial documents
- Internal Controls: Implement and maintain internal control procedures to safeguard financial assets and ensure accuracy in financial reporting
- Communication: Collaborate with other departments, external auditors, and stakeholders, providing financial information and addressing financial queries
- Requirements:Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and standards
