Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with 2-5 years of experience. The ideal candidate should be proficient in financial management, budgeting, taxation, and cost accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Accounting & Reporting

• Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and accounts.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.

2. Accounts Payable & Receivable

• Process vendor invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
• Handle client billing, collections, and follow-ups.
• Manage subcontractor payments, retainages, and reconciliations.

3. Taxation & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other tax regulations.
• Prepare and file tax returns and statutory reports.
• Assist in internal and external audits.

4. Payroll & Bank Reconciliation

• Process payroll calculations, deductions, and benefits.
• Perform bank reconciliations and cash flow management.

5. Software & System Management

• Proficiency in Tally, ERP, QuickBooks, or other accounting software.
• Maintain and update financial databases and systems.

Skills & Qualifications:

✅ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA Inter/MBA Finance is a plus).
✅ 2-4 years of experience is mandatory.
✅ Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and compliance requirements.
✅ Hands-on experience with Tally, ERP, and MS Excel.
✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
✅ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
