Responsibilities :
- 1 year in similar position with good communication skill.
- Understand Microsoft office especially Excel
- Processing of all LPO and ensuring that quality goods and services are procured at an economic price.
- Work closely with Pastry chef and Production Manager related to ingredients.
- Ensure purchase orders are efficiently processed and urgent orders and out of stock orders are addressed immediately.
- Arranging for proper samples, if required for a new product with technical specs.
- Release of order, confirmation of purchase, follow up and delivery schedules for materials and subcontractors on time.
- Administration of all purchasing actions based on company SOP, keeping proper track record of purchases, supplies in pipeline, invoice quality problems and claim realization. Keeping all traceability of the products.
