Accounts Executive UK

SUMMARY:

The Accounts Executive Finance should have good knowledge and hands on experience in

• Provide Procurement Operational Support
• Purchase Order creation
• Creation of AFE Forms for the approved budgets
• New suppliers onboarding into the system.
• Entering the GR Receipts

• Handle General Ledger Reconciliations
• Headcount Reconciliations monthly.
• Analysis of P&L and Balance sheet Accounts
• Balance sheet reconciliation upload on Blackline for simple accounts
• BRS in excel and upload on Blackline
• Consolidating and Linking Balance Sheet schedules prepared by respective teams
• Collaborating with finance team members on activities/projects connected within the overall framework of India finance team.
• Compliance - Office National Statistics (ONS) surveys (Annual, Quarter & Monthly)

• Financial Reporting
• Liaise with the cross functional teams for inputs related to month close process
• Monthly Concur & Cash expenses accruals -UK
• UK daily cash update and to monitor the accounts
• Support to AP team for month close related activities
• Analysis and Preparation of Provisions
• Preparation of Prepaids
• Preparation of Open PO Accruals
• Preparation of Credit Card Accruals
• Preparation of all expense Accrual
• Reclassification of Journal Entries
• Intercompany JE' postings
• Intercompany settlements- UK
• Support in collating information for external reporting like surveys

• Fixed Assets
• Depreciation for Fixed Assets
• Preparation of Fixed Asset Schedule for various company codes

• Audit Support
• Liaise with the Group, Internal and Statutory auditors to provide them with timely and accurate information requested.

• Financial Planning & Analysis
• Supporting in the Annual AOP, Forecasting and Flash reporting process
• Comparison of Plan/Forecast Vs Actual and update the commentary for major variances
• Actualization of monthly costs
• Preparation of month end presentation to various departments.

REQUIREMENTS

• Graduate or PG degree in Finance, Experience of 3+ years
• Good Accounting exposure and Month end related activities.
• Good to have working experience in SAP FICO module.
• Excellent knowledge in excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic individual with the desire to push boundaries to achieve results.
• Ability to manage the workload with minimal direction.
• Accounting / Audit / SAP
