Job Description:

• Manage day-to-day accounting tasks in Tally Prime software, ensuring accurate record-keeping of physical documents.
• Maintain proper documentation for all receipts, payments, sales, and purchase transactions.
• Handle and maintain an accurate record of Petty Cash, ensuring timely reconciliation.
• Reconcile Petty Cash, Bank accounts, and Credit Cards regularly using Tally Prime software.
• Perform monthly reconciliation of Debtors and Creditors, ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding payments.
• Process payments through cheques, RTGS, and NEFT transactions, while maintaining proper records.
• Ensure timely payment and accurate accounting of statutory dues such as TDS, GST, and Income Tax with proper ledger categorization.
• Assist senior accountants with monthly and yearly financial closing and other accounting projects.
• Support the preparation of income statements, balance sheets, and other financial statements according to company standards.
• Stay updated on current accounting policies and concepts, ensuring compliance and accuracy.

Candidate Profile:

• Strong understanding of core accounting principles and functions.
• Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and MS Word (with knowledge of advanced features).
• Working knowledge of TDS and GST for accurate accounting and compliance.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain organized financial records.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in Commerce (B.Com) or higher.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting.

Salary Range:

• ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 per month
