Lead - Operations - NGO (14-25 yrs)

The Lead Operations would add value by improving processes and identifying opportunities to augment productivity & promote synergies. They would work with the thematic leads to co-create and partner on the implementation of various initiatives and monitor & track impact and outcomes and would play the role of a thinker, facilitator, and partner in equal measure with the thematic leaders.

We are looking for someone who has rural developmental operations experience plus someone who comes with an experience of managing programs

- Work on driving various initiatives, strategy and impact measurement processes and programmes working with the thematic teams.

- Own the project & progress tracking for key initiatives

- Research, conceptualize and implement, through the thematic teams, various projects and programmes that create value for the organization e.g. working on Concept Notes, Goal Trackers and Budgets

- Lead with data and success metrics for RGF initiatives. Use tech tools to build intelligent reports that give consistent, transparent and real time updates about the impact that initiatives are making

- Identify opportunities for improvements in productivity, bring efficiencies and building initiatives to scale so that they can achieve its multi-year goals

- Identify key internal and external customers and stakeholders - work across functions and varied Business Units to drive common agenda, influence and impact centric requirements

- Work at bringing consistency in policies, processes, review mechanisms and progress reporting across

- Seek ongoing feedback from the Thematic team and identify common thematic areas and concerns and work with intra- and inter-functional teams to identify and implement solutions
