Likes

Open work culture - can walk into senior partners' offices too and have a conversation if required. Very connected. Exposure is brilliant. BFSI is a flagship practice.

Dislikes

Lot of work and the CTC doesn't seem to justify it sometimes. Very lean teams - they need more people. But the profile is such that it becomes difficult to bring new people in - leadership headhunting is not a very known space.
