Responsibilities :

1. Call, Chase and Co-ordinate entries for upcoming award events

2. Assist events team in putting together the ground event

3. RSVP Calling

4. Entry & delegate Sales

5. Follow up with mails/calls and meetings if required

6. Generating audience though events

7. Ensure paid registration

8. Update/share relevant data base

9. Making calls/ sending emails to delegates, speakers, jury

10. Solicit entries for awards

11. Ensuring entry fees made before the presentation to the jury

12. Calculating short listed entries

13. Coordination with Tech team

14. Coordination with design team

15. Coordination with sales team

16. Creating event flow/Agenda/emcee script

17. Create content of the show - Theme, topics, discussion pointers etc

18. Marketing of events

19. Creates & maintains data base
