Role Overview: As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both the front-end and back-end components of our web applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our users. Your role will involve utilizing your expertise in React, JavaScript, and Python, along with other technologies, to create seamless and efficient user experiences. You will also be expected to contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and practices.

Primary Skills:

• React
• JavaScript

Secondary Skills:

• Figma
• JS
• Node.js
• TypeScript
• AWS/Azure Authentication
• Backend integration (tools like Postman)
• NextJS
• SQL
• State management tools: GraphQL, Redux
• User experience: interviewing end users for GUI design
• Tailwind CSS or SCSS
• Testing tools: Jest or Enzyme

General Technical Skills:

• Source control: Git (daily commits, PR process, etc.)
• Docker
• Ability to write clean code (including language-specific best practices, linting, documentation, etc.) and familiarity with basic static code analysis tools
• Unit tests to ensure high code coverage
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines

General Non-technical Skills:

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently, reach out to people, ask questions proactively, and deliver tangible results
• Knowledge of common SDLC practices in the industry
• Knowledge of Agile processes and experience working in Scrum teams
