Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Front Office Management:
    • Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
    • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries to the appropriate departments.
    • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  2. Administrative Support:
    • Manage correspondence, including incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
    • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
    • Maintain and update company records, files, and databases as needed.
  3. Visitor and Employee Coordination:
    • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges as required.
    • Coordinate with internal teams for employee ID cards, access cards, and office supplies.
    • Assist in onboarding new employees by providing necessary administrative support.
