Business Development Manager-IT Vertical (Shimla)

Role & Responsibilities:

We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Business Development Manager to lead IT & Networking solutions at our Shimla office. This role focuses on direct sales, pre-sales, and IT & Networking solutions (HP, Dell, Honeywell). The Business Development Manager will serve a diverse range of clients, including PWD, CPWD, government sectors, PSUs, defence organizations, and the private sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential B2B clients to create new business opportunities.
• Identify, develop, and close business opportunities in IT & networking solutions (HP, Dell, and Honeywell) including pre-sales design and proposing customized IT and networking solutions.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed company targets.
• Independently close sales deals and manage the full sales cycle.
• Develop business opportunities independently.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Prior experience in direct sales/B2B and IT-based solutions is desirable.
• Freshers with strong knowledge of IT-based solutions and a B.Tech degree in Electronics & Communications or Electronics Machines can also apply.
• Target-driven with strong negotiation skills.
• Own conveyance and a laptop is desirable (valid driving license required).

Compensation:

• Salary: fixed + variable component
• TA/DA as per company policy.
• This is a full-time position.
