Job Description:

Position Title: Assistant Manager / Manager - Planning and Budgetary Control.
Role: Data Analysis, Budgeting & Reporting.
Reporting To: AVP

Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the team in below areas.
- Business performance parameters budget preparation, review and analysis.
- Variance analysis for P&L and other business-related indicators.
- Competition Analysis.
- MIS reporting and presentation for management/ business reviews.
- Identify required process improvements to enhance quality of delivery.
Critical competencies:
- Knowledge of financial fundamentals.
- Analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially excel & power point presentations).
- Good communication and presentation skills.
Person Profile:
- Good awareness of Life Insurance industry.
- 3 5 years' experience in life insurance / financial services industry.
- Exposure to one or more of the following areas shall be preferred.
- Finance.
- Planning & Budgeting.
- Strategy.
Educational Qualification: CA & / Or MBA (Finance)
Location: Corporate Office, Andheri East, Mumbai.
