Role & responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients.
• Promote and cross-sell a range of financial products such as SIP:'s, Mutual Funds, Insurance and Equities to meet client investment goals.
• Conduct one-to-one client meetings to understand their financial objectives and tailor investment solutions accordingly.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Stay updated on financial market trends and company offerings.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales minimum 6 months, preferably in financial products (banking, insurance, investments, etc.).
• Product knowledge : Good understanding of Equity, Insurance, Sips, and Mutual Funds.
• Strong Communication and interpersonal and relationship- building skill.
• Ability to explain complex financial products in a simple and persuasive manner.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive approach.
