AI Test Engineer

We are seeking an experienced AI Tester with 3-6 years of expertise in software testing and AI/ML systems validation. The ideal candidate will focus on ensuring the performance, accuracy, and ethical compliance of AI models while delivering high-quality results. Key responsibilities include developing and executing test plans for AI/ML models, validating data integrity and preprocessing pipelines, performing functional and performance testing, and testing AI integrations within end-to-end systems. The role involves building and maintaining automation frameworks using tools like TensorFlow Testing Library and PyTest, analyzing metrics such as accuracy and latency, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance model quality and deployment processes. Candidates should also document test cases, scenarios, and results while reporting issues using tools like Jira. Proficiency in Python, AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), and cloud platforms is essential. Experience in MLOps, ethical AI testing, and tools like SHAP or LIME is preferred.
