ML Engineer

POSITION SUMMARY

RESPONSIBILITES
Conduct research on the latest AI/ML techniques and methodologies.
Lead a team which would develop and implement AI/ML models for various projects.
Analyse and interpret complex datasets to extract meaningful insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize AI/ML use cases.
Lead a team which help build, train, optimize and fine-tune existing AI models to improve their performance.
Lead a team which ensure the scalability and reliability of AI/ML solutions.
Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and tools.
Should be able to own the AI/ML product end to end

EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILL SETS
Strong background in machine learning algorithms and statistics
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively within a team.
Proficient in Python
Strong team management skills, should have led AI/ML or software teams in the past
Experience with popular AI/ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
Solid understanding of data preprocessing and feature engineering.
Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
Should have exposure to software engineering frameworks and end to end product development
Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
AWS certification (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect) is preferred but not required

EDUCATION
Bachelors degree or masters in computer science, Engineering, Software Engineering or a
relevant field from TIER-1 Institute.
