Job Overview:
- The Client Relationship Manager (CRM) plays a critical role in managing and nurturing long term relationships with clients for the web development team.
- This role ensures client satisfaction by acting as the primary point of contact between the client and the internal team.
- The CRM will understand client needs, coordinate project timelines, and ensure the delivery of high-quality web solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely and efficient support
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through regular communication and face-to-face meetings
- Understand clients' business needs and ensure that the company's products/services meet their objectives
- Work with internal teams to ensure the client's expectations are met.
