Financial Reporting - Team Lead

We are hiring for Financial reporting role at Team Lead level.

• Level - Team Lead
• Experience - 3+ years of relevant experience in financial reporting.
• Location - Pune
• Shift - 5 PM to 2 AM

Job Description:

• 3+ years of experience in Financial Reporting for hedge funds or mutual funds.
• Should have sound understanding of Capital Markets including but not limited to Derivatives, Equities and Fixed income securities.
• Qualified accountant or/and strong working experience in financial reporting will be preferred.
• Should have worked on Financial Reporting profile, responsible for preparation and presentation of various financial statements and end to end disclosures as per IFRS, US GAAP
• Experience in process set-up/migration of work from global locations would be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation/review of financial statements/regulatory reports like- Balance sheet, P&L, Portfolios, Notes to financial statements.
• Acting as subject matter expert for the team assisting them in troubleshooting as well as training the team members to get them up the curve
• Knowledge of US GAAP
• Ensuring process initiatives and efficiency gain in manual processes
• Develop strong, pro-active, and highly professional working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.
• Sound knowledge of Adjusted Trial Balance/ QC Footing / Schedule of Investments
