Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable individual to join our accounting team. The role requires proficiency in QuickBooks, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accounting databases by entering data into QuickBooks.
• Record invoices and bills accurately.
• Maintain and update records of Purchase Orders.
• Record monthly charging activity.
• Prepare and send charging activity reports to customers.
• Reconcile bank statements.
• Reconcile credit card statements on a monthly basis.
• Ensure the confidentiality of all organizational information.
• Assist accounting team members with additional tasks as needed.
• Provide general administrative and office support to staff when required.

Education and Skills Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Accounting or Business (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail.
• Initiative, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
• Proficient in computer skills and software applications.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Dependable and trustworthy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Shift Timing: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM
