Job Description:

Position: Faculty Member

Subjects: VARC, Quant, LRDI

Location: Nearby PW STUDIO

Type: Full-Time

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Teaching and Content Delivery:

• Deliver high-quality instruction for MBA CAT aspirants in VARC, Quant, and LRDI.
• Develop and implement teaching strategies to address diverse learning needs.
• Conduct engaging lectures, workshops, and interactive sessions.

2. Content Development:

• Design and update study material, practice questions, mock tests, and detailed solutions for CAT preparation.
• Stay updated with the latest CAT syllabus, patterns, and trends.

3. Mentorship and Guidance:

• Provide individual and group mentoring to students for skill enhancement and doubt resolution.
• Conduct regular assessments and provide feedback to improve student performance.

4. Performance Tracking:

• Monitor student progress through test results and provide actionable insights for improvement.
• Analyze patterns in student performance to adjust teaching methods.

5. Collaboration:

• Work closely with the academic team to ensure comprehensive coverage of the syllabus.
• Contribute to curriculum planning and design of training programs.

Qualifications and Skills Required

1. Educational Qualifications:

• Postgraduate degree in Management, Mathematics, English, or related fields (MBA preferred).

2. Experience:

• Proven experience in teaching CAT subjects with a track record of helping students achieve top results.
• In-depth knowledge of CAT exam patterns, difficulty levels, and strategies.

3. Skills:

• Strong command over VARC, Quantitative Aptitude, and LRDI topics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for better student understanding.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

4. Technical Proficiency:

• Familiarity with online teaching tools and platforms (if applicable).
• Ability to create engaging digital content.

Preferred:

1. High percentile in CAT (if applicable).

2. Experience in coaching institutions or reputed MBA test prep centers.

3. Ability to handle students from diverse academic backgrounds.

4. Quant faculty mostly preferred from South India

5. Preferring LRDI faculty who can teach in Hinglish
