Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Java developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
- Design and develop scalable and high-performance applications using Java, Spring Boot, and related technologies.
- Architect and implement microservices-based solutions leveraging Docker containers.
- Develop and maintain cloud-native applications on AWS (Amazon Web Services).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and system architectures.
- Ensure code quality and adherence to best practices through code reviews and continuous integration.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, test, and production environments.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to propose new ideas and improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 6+ years of experience as a Java Developer with hands-on experience in Spring Boot framework.
- Strong proficiency in designing and developing microservices architecture using Docker and container orchestration platforms.
- Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.
- Solid understanding of RESTful API design and implementation.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team members.
Preferred Skills:
- Certifications in AWS or Docker are a plus.
- Experience with Kubernetes or other container orchestration tools.
