Job Description
Position Purpose:
The Manager - Project Management is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of one or more specific projects- ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals. Serves as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and clients during the implementation phase of each project and includes day-to-day interface on project commitments and updates, leading stakeholder and client meetings, ensuring project delivery is appropriate, timely, and accurate.

Serves as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and clients during the implementation phase of each project and includes day-to-day interface on project commitments and updates, leading stakeholder and client meetings, ensuring project delivery is appropriate, timely, and accurate.
Principle Accountabilities:
- Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation
- Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget
- Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met
- Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes
- Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks
- Structure and manage integrated, multitrack performance databases for digital, print, social, broadcast, and experiential projects
- Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources, including vendors and researchers
- Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables
- Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to the project work plan

- Experience: Minimum 5 years in Project Management
- PMP Certification required
- Project management experience preferably in application deployment; AI is a plus
- Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management
- Knowledge of project management techniques and tools
- Direct work experience in a project management capacity
- Proven experience in people management
- Proven experience in strategic planning
- Proven experience in risk management
