Locations - Mumbai, Pune & Hyderabad

Roles and Responsibilities

• The Active LED Screen Technician will be responsible for Assembling, installing, maintaining and repairing LED screens, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring smooth operation of all LED displays.
• Assembly ,Installation and Service of LED Wall, Demonstration of products and service to client.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction.
• Conduct assigned site visits to identify issues with installed equipment and implement solutions or escalate as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed on each job site visit using our CRM system.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols during all aspects of work.
  

Qualifications

Troubleshooting, technical support, and maintenance and repair skills

Ability to work independently and in a team

Excellent communication skills

Experience in the display industry is a plus
