Core Expertise :

Deep knowledge of LED TV /Interactive complete panel / Open cell / COF / T-CON board related defects RCA & rectification, Able to read PCB schematic diagram, Failure RCA , Main and power board Troubleshooting, Expert in hand soldering, Fine pitch component replacement, Soldering application (pre/post), Clean room, ESD/EOS and Equipment calibration, Oscilloscope, LCR meter, COF bonding machine operations, 5S, Kaizen, Defect reduction, Process Improvement, Fool proofing etc, IPC certification will be advantage.

Qualification :

Diploma/ Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering / ITI Electronics.

GLADWIN - PRDOUCTION ENGINEER / REPAIRING ENGINEER / EMBEDDED HARDWARE ENGINEER / EMBEDDED SOFTWARE ENGINEER

GLADWIN chosen ENGINEERs will work in the Production / R&D Division/ Factories Manufacturing Gladwin range of Interactive Flat panels etc.,/ Collaborations solutions / Electronics / AV / Hi-tech digital platform.

You will be placed either at the manufacturing factories of Gladwin for IFP Panel and Audio Visual products and assist the FACTORY-HEAD Production in the manufacturing process.

The experience required - min. 05-10 years of Technology / Plant Production/Service & Installation in Smart LED TV Industry / Interactive Flat LED Display Panels / Android Motherboard / Audio-Visual Industry for example , LG /SAMSUNG/BENQ/VIEWSONIC / PANASONIC etc. or any similar industry.

CTC includes salary / variable income components / perks / PF etc. The annual CTC to the Exp. candidates min (05-10yrs) will start from 4-12 lacs Plus PF / Incentives etc., depending on your candidature / experience. Age group required for this position is min. 21-35 yrs max.

Good candidates selected for work can be placed abroad to any Foreign Bases, after One Year of regular proven service in the Gladwin Group of Companies.
