Senior Engineer-Sales & Support

• Responsible for installation and commissioning after sales service & support operations.
• Responsible for Product demonstration.
• Make ensure the timely after sales support to the client.
• Regularly providing product and service training to the team as per the market requirement.
• Responsible for product Demo, AMC, Spare sales etc.
• Responsible for service & support budgeting and achieve target service support revenue
• Reviewing & monitoring the service and support team on regular intervals daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually. And to verify and approve their travel expense.
• Evaluating and developing pricing proposals for AMC and spares.
• Presenting weekly / monthly sales / service reports to the Management
• Suggesting ways to improve and update service campaigns
• To prepare and implement various service & support related policies / SOPs.
• Proactively pursue service revenue generation opportunities.
• Any other additional responsibility given by Management from time to time.
