Key skills for the job
Taking care of entire gamut of HR activities and take complete ownership
• Handle induction and on-boarding formalities of new joiners
• Maintain employee database and MIS reports accurately
• Act as the liaison between managers and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt
resolution of all queries
• Carry out innovative employee engagement activities
• Handle employee grievances
• Conduct background verification
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports
• Attendance & leave management
• Administer HR Internal control policies and procedures to align with organization direction
• Attending employee queries pertaining to HR Policies & Procedures
• Handle employee separation/exit process
• Employee visa processing for onsite and related travel requirements
• Ability to work and get best out of the individual.
• Taking care of administrative and facilities management
• And any other activities assigned as per the company's requirement, from time to time
Skills required:
• MBA degree in Human Resources or any other related qualification
• Understanding of general HR concepts and practices
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills (mandatory)
• Proficient in MS Office (mandatory)
• Outstanding interpersonal and time management skills
