We are looking for a proactive and versatile professional to join our team as a Content Writer & Executive Assistant. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of creative content writing skills and strong organizational abilities to support leadership with administrative and operational tasks. This dual role requires someone who can craft engaging content while efficiently managing executive-level assistance responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Content Writing:
  • Research, write, and edit high-quality content for blogs, articles, website pages, social media, email campaigns, and other marketing materials.
  • Analyze industry trends, audience behavior, and competitors content to create fresh, impactful ideas.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams to align content with the brand s voice, style, and tone.
  • Review and proofread content for accuracy, consistency, and grammatical perfection.
  • Create content strategies and editorial calendars to achieve business goals.
  • Monitor content performance using analytical tools and recommend improvements.
  • Executive Assistance:
  • Manage and maintain the executive s schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Act as a point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Coordinate team communications and support project management tasks.
  • Track deadlines and follow up on action items to ensure timely execution.
  • Organize and prioritize incoming tasks, emails, and requests.
  • Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • 1-2 years of proven experience in content writing, copywriting, or a similar role.
  • Previous experience as an executive assistant or in an administrative capacity is a plus.
  • Skills:
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of grammar and storytelling.
  • Familiarity with computer systems, including Windows/Mac, MS Office, and productivity tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Presentation and project coordination skills.
