ABOUT THE ROLE You will be responsible for writing and editing various types of content, such as blog posts, articles, social media posts, email campaigns, and more
We expect you to have strong writing skills, a passion for storytelling, and produce quality content skills to elevate our digital presence
You will work closely with the content lead to produce content that aligns with our brand s voice and business goals
You ll learn all the chops required to create high-quality thought-leadership content across platforms
WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE Research, write, and edit content for blogs, social media posts, newsletters, email campaigns, case studies, and other marketing materials
Generate ideas and develop content strategies aligned with current trends and company objectives
Conduct background research to ensure all content is accurate, insightful, and relevant to our target audience
Assist in proofreading and editing content to ensure clarity, grammatical correctness, and adherence to brand guidelines
Help maintain the content calendar by brainstorming and scheduling posts to ensure a consistent flow of fresh content
Stay updated on industry trends, particularly in HR technology, compensation, and Total Rewards topics
Learn and adapt to different tones and styles of writing depending on the project or platform
Assist in tracking content performance and gathering analytics to refine and improve content creation strategies
SKILLS/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED: Bachelor s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
1-2 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, or a related role (internships or freelance work accepted)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to write clear, engaging, and grammatically correct content tailored to different audiences and platforms
Familiarity with SEO best practices and how to integrate them into content creation
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Docs
A basic understanding of social media platforms and content promotion
Strong research skills to gather accurate and relevant information for various topics
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
A portfolio showcasing writing samples across a variety of formats (blogs, articles, social media posts, etc
)
