Job Summary

Electrical and Instrumentation Engineering support for ETO (Engineer to Order) projects for Ingersoll Rand Products.

Responsibilities:

• Electrical and Instrumentation support for market leading Loading systems for oil and Gas, Chemicals and food Industries.
• Work with project partners located in Europe to understand project requirements and deliver electrical and instrumentation engineering specifications, data sheets and drawings.
• Work with suppliers and customers to finalize PID and electrical design.
• Develop project tracking mechanisms and create project plans for each project in alignment with master schedule developed by project partners.
• Ensure delivery of projects as committed with very high on time delivery (OTD) and First Pass Yield (FPY).

Mandatory Skills

• 3+ years of Expertise in E-Plan Electric P8, E-Build and ProPanel.
• 5+ Years of Hands-on experience in engineering, selection and release of field instrumentation required as per customer specifications. Experience of designing instrumentation and electrical systems of large equipment used in petrochemical, pharmaceutical, food, beverage fertilizer, Automobile painting or similar process industry.
• 3+ Years of experience in developing PID, detailed wiring schematics with BOM for instrumentation systems in oil and gas industry with ATEX, EX Protection Directives.
• Experience in developing Logic diagrams starting from Cause Effect Matrix and Control Narrative

Desired Skills:

• Experience in design of Electrical schematic, wiring diagram preparation, instrument and JBs Layout Drawing including cable trays.
• Experience in custom order / Engineer to order project from heavy machinery/power generation / petroleum / chemical / LNG industry.
• Good knowledge of international standards used in the design of electrical and controls systems used in petroleum and related industry.
• Knowledge of pneumatic and electrical control valves, selection of LV, MV, HV motors.
• Experience in PLC programming and selection of I/O s

Education and Experience:

• Masters / Bachelor s degree in Instrumentation / Electrical / Mechatronic Engineering.
• Overall experience of 3-6 years in relevant field.
