HCL - Manager - Event ManagementOperations (8-15 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Event management: Planning and executing event - HCL Cyclothons, HCL Squash events and HCL Bridge.

- Business development: Managing relationships with corporate partners, sponsors, and other entities

- Marketing: Promoting events, athletes, merchandise, social media etc

- Plan and execute engagement activities with cyclists, sports athletes across the year

Key Skills Qualifications :

- Event Logistics and Coordination

- Budgeting and Financial Management

- Good knowledge and understanding of production elements

- Problem-Solving and Decision-Making

- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills

Qualifications :

- Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or Sports Marketing

- Experience: 8+ years working for an established brand with exposure to Sports Management
