- Experience in MICE events for minimum 7 - 9 years and above.
- Should have good communication skills.
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Business Development activities / Lead generation targeting the Enterprise / MNC Sector
Job Requirements Competencies:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in planning meetings, incentives, conventions, conferences and/or special events
- Minimum of 3 years experience in client management
- Firsthand experience of domestic and international group travel
- Requires the ability to work and cooperate with other employees and clients at all levels and from diverse backgrounds to exchange ideas, information and opinions to facilitate the task at hand
