Quality Inspector

Roles & responsibilities

Check to ensure incoming parts from supply chain companies and internally produced components meet the quality standards and systems required

Rigorously do dimensional checks based on sampling plans, and document readings in reports

Conduct tests on raw material and finished products at third party laboratories to ensure compliance to standards and grades

Stop production in the event of manufacture of unacceptable goods/products

Ensure compliance and assist with adherence to the Quality Management system (ISO9001)

To maintain 5s activity in shop floor & poko-yoke on machines

Ensure all quality data is captured

Ensure quick resolution of supplier quality failures, and implement corrective and preventive actions

Ensure supplier assurance, perform quality audits

Preparation of QA reports

Regularly travel to the vendor plants to review products and interact with vendor shop floor workers

Resolve quality issues of capability, tolerancing, and materials related issues

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification: Degree, Diploma in Mechanical/Production/Automobile Engineering

Or

Industrial Training Institute - ITI

Experience : 1 - 5 years in relevant field.

Fresh candidates with the right attitude and aptitude will be considered. Technical training will be provided

Perks and benefits

Compensation:

Experienced candidates 30,000 to 40,000 per month

Fresh Degree/Diploma 17,000 to 20,000 per month

Fresh ITI Stipend 15,000 per month
