Key Responsibilities:
As a Municipal Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving business success in the North and Western Indian municipal markets. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Profit Centre Management
Act as the Profit Centre Head for the municipal vertical in North & Western India.
Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets while ensuring profitability from operations.
Team Leadership
Build, lead, and inspire a strong sales team to achieve business objectives.
Guide and monitor team performance to drive results and maintain high standards of productivity.
Tender Management
Manage the entire tendering process, including pre-tender activities, identifying opportunities, and ensuring successful participation.
Assess state and departmental budgetary allocations for projects, identify opportunities, and ensure our products are included in project scopes.
Revenue and Collections
Coordinate internally for document approvals, order intake, production scheduling, and timely supply of products.
Ensure prompt collection of payments and maintain healthy cash flow for the business.
Business Development & Customer Relationship Management
Cultivate and maintain excellent relationships with existing and potential customers, including consultants, EPC contractors, end-users, and decision-makers in municipal bodies.
Expand the customer base and register Euroteck as an approved vendor with all potential buyers.
Conduct product presentations, engage in personal and virtual interactions with customers, and represent the company at exhibitions and conferences.
Market Intelligence & Strategy
Stay ahead of market trends, gather intelligence, and devise strategies to sustain and enhance Euroteck's market position.
What We're Looking For:
Educational Background
B.Tech or M.Sc in Mechanical, Chemical, Biotechnology, or Environmental streams.
Experience & Expertise
At least 8 years of experience in leading teams and selling to municipalities.
Deep expertise in the wastewater treatment domain is highly desirable.
Proven track record of managing revenue targets of Rs. 50 crores or higher.
Strong relationships with municipal bodies, EPC contractors, consultants, and contractors.
Skills
Basic knowledge of products used in wastewater treatment.
Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and CRM tools.
Fluent in English, Hindi, and other Indian languages.
