Technical Project Manager IT (Mumbai)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Technical Project Manager to lead our MERN Full Stack Development team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing complex projects and leading technical teams, with a strong background in MERN stack development.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the full lifecycle of MERN Full Stack Development projects, from initiation to delivery.

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.

Coordinate and allocate resources effectively to ensure successful project execution.

Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team.

Oversee the design, development, and implementation of web applications using React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.

Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes.

Monitor project progress and performance, and make adjustments as necessary.

Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project success.

Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.

Communicate project status, updates, and deliverables to stakeholders and senior management.

Stay current with industry trends and advancements in web development technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in technical project management and MERN Full Stack Development.

Proven track record of successfully delivering complex web development projects.

Strong technical expertise in React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.

Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related technologies.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus.
