Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of web applications using the MERN stack.

- Mentor and guide a team of developers to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Architect and implement robust, scalable, and efficient web solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver on project goals.

- Troubleshoot and optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.

Qualifications :

- 6+ years of full-stack (MERN) development experience.

- Expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.

- At least 1 year of experience leading or mentoring a development team.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and modern web development practices.
