Job Summary:
The Marketing Executive will develop and execute data-driven B2B marketing campaigns to strengthen client relationships and drive loyalty within our Travel Care business line. This role emphasizes content creation and managing personalized campaigns across various channels using advanced analytics and segmentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Strategy: Develop and execute B2B marketing campaigns for the Travel Care line.
• Content Creation: Create engaging content for email, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
• Graphic and Video Content: Design graphics using Photoshop and produce videos with Premiere Pro to support campaigns.
• Client Journey Management: Design and manage client journeys for seamless interactions.
• Market Analysis: Conduct research to identify trends and target audiences.
• Performance Tracking: Analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize strategies.
• Collaboration: Work with sales, product, and customer service teams for campaign alignment.
• Personalization: Utilize tools for personalized communication across multiple channels.
• Client Segmentation: Manage client segments for targeted engagement.
• AI-Based Insights: Leverage AI-driven analytics to enhance engagement strategies.
• Omnichannel Optimization: Refine campaigns based on performance data and feedback.

Key Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Experience: Proven B2B campaign management experience, preferably in the travel industry.

Skills:

• Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot).
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies.
• Expertise in AI-driven personalization.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Pro.
